1st European African Business Forum (EAIF) 2026

European African Investors Forum (EAIF) is conceived to be the biggest Europe2Africa investment advocacy in existence today, projecting a minimum capital injection of €250 billion from Europe into Africa during the first 10 years of the program: 2026-2035. The quarterly conference is owned and organized by Alford Conferences Limited. Incorporated in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria in April 2014, the company has its operational base in Agbor, Delta State, Nigeria, and a global contact office in Columbus, Ohio State, USA.

We are starting the event as an annual in 2026 (November). We would then increase the frequency to a bi-annual in 2027 (May and November). And then host it quarterly as from 2028 (February, May, August and November). To compliment the quarterly in-person event in Lisbon, we encourage a very robust all-year round post conference networking through the EAIF Business Network (expected to be launched in partnership with King Abel Web Services in November 2026).

EAIF offers a credible platform for European investors in Africa; African Diaspora investors in the home continent; African investors in Africa; micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Africa; and Africa’s national and subnational investment promotion agencies (IPAs) to do business amongst themselves. The event is open to participants drawn from the 48 countries of Europe and the 54 countries of Africa:

• Private equity investors
• Venture capital investors
• Multilateral development finance institutions (DFIs)
• Country development finance institutions (DFIs)
• Commercial banks
• Chambers of commerce (bi-lateral, multi-lateral, city, and sectoral)
• Business angel investors, etc,

The inaugural EAIF is slated for November 4-6, 2026 in Lisbon, Portugal. The three days program comprises:
